HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

- When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a track & trace link for the courier we are using.

With the link you can see on what day and at what time your order will be delivered.

Your order will be delivered by either DHL or Parcel Force UK depending on what products are ordered and the amount of parcels. The standard delivery time is between 1-3* working days. For larger items the standard delivery time is between 2-5* working days.

We offer Free delivery over £50 if your postal code falls under most of the delivery zones in the United Kingdom, but there may be a surcharge for outlying areas in the UK.
Once you have entered your postal code on the check out page, you will see which courier will be used and if there is a surcharge for your area. For more information about the postal codes, visit our FAQ section.

CAN I SHIP TO ANOTHER EUROPEAN COUNTRY?

- For deliveries outside the European Union, please email us directly on julipka@hotmail.com so that we can answer your question regarding the specific country.

FROM WHICH COUNTRY IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

- Our main warehouse is based in the Netherlands, but all orders for the UK is shipped from the local UK warehouse.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

- You can place your order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Click on the item(s) that you want to purchase, you will arrive on the product page of the item. Then click on "Click and Buy", the product will automatically be added to your virtual shopping cart.

You can then choose to continue shopping by clicking on the X button, or to proceed to the checkout by clicking on the "Order" button. You can also click on "Edit Shopping Cart" to edit the amount of items you wish to purchase.

At any time, you have access to your basket at the top right of your screen.

In your cart, you have a detailed overview of the products and quantities you have added. Review the items and figures carefully before continuing your order and click on the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button.

The last step is important: you need to enter your Personal Information at 1. YOUR INFORMATION and make sure the box is ticked for "Ship to the same address".

If you want to ship to a different address, untick the little box "Ship to the same address" and enter the Shipping below. The bottom half will be the Delivery address - where you would like the goods to be shipped.

Now, click on "place order" and you will go to the last step, namely the payment of your order on a secure page.

Only when the payment is successful will your order be processed. You will receive an order confirmation by email. (If you do not receive confirmation, it is possible that the email is found in spam / junk or the order has not been confirmed.)

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

- For orders above £50, Free Shipping applies.
Please note that this will depend on what postal code zone you fall under, there may be a surcharge for outlying areas.
This will be seen on the Check out page once you have entered all your information before Payment stage.

With larger baby room items, there may be additional charges that apply.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

- Immediately after placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email from Petite Amélie with a complete overview of your order. You can check the accuracy of the information provided once again . If you notice an error, want to add or remove a product or cancel your order, contact us immediately via e-mail or our contact form or by phone.
